Bio: A Connecticut native, Jimmy attended Hopkins School in New Haven and swam with other Yale Swimmer James Cocks '03 on the Hopkins Varsity Swim Team. In 1998, Hopkins became the first day school to ever win the New England Prep School Swimming Championships by narrowly defeating Philips Exeter Academy. Jimmy also swam for the Hamden-North Haven Swim Club and placed second at Speedo Junior Nationals in 2000 in the 200 meter butterfly, obtaining a National Top 16 ranking for the second consecutive year. At Yale, he was a member of the 2001 conference team and one was one of the top 5 point scorers for the 2000-2001 swimming season. He currently lives in Hamden, CT. |
