INFO FOR INTERESTED PLAYERS

Current Süperfly members come from varied athletic backgrounds; team members have played varsity basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, track and field at their respective high schools. Ultimate at Yale is a great way to stay in shape and play on a nationally competitive team. We're about to begin our winter practices, so it is the perfect time to join.

So, if you are thinking of joining of the team or want to check it out, here are a few quick tips:

» Contact the captains, preferrably Jake, so that we know you're interested and we can get you on the mailing list.

» Get some cleats; the team usually makes trip to Sports Authority for those in need at the beginning of the fall

» Show up at practice; we'll be fielding both an "A" and "B" team so there's playing time for all.

For day-to-day practice announcements and team banter once the school year starts, log onto the team newsgroup, yale.rec.ultimate.men ("yrum"), through a news reader such as Outlook or Free Agent, or through Pantheon/Pine (here's how). If you intend to join the team, reading yrum is a must.
