Summer Cabaret Rain Policy

At what point will it be necessary to move inside:
The outdoor portion of the production will move inside *only* if the stage manager deems conditions to be unsafe for the actors. This means that we will continue with the outdoor portion of the production outside as long as the actors are safely able to continue. So be prepared to get wet if it’s raining and the actors can still go on!

If there’s a delay:

Depending on the extent of rain before or during the show, we may decide to hold the production at any time for up to 30 minutes. After a 30 minute delay, the decision will be made to either remain outside or to move the production indoors.

What to expect if it becomes necessary to move the outdoor portion of the production inside the Cabaret Theatre:

If we move the outdoor production inside, it will be theatre in its rawest, most improvisational form! Our cast will be working in a space they haven’t rehearsed in, so every moment will be happening literally for the first time in front of your eyes - just the actors, the text, and you!
