About Us
The 2004 team plans a season to celebrate the theatrical experiences shared by the community of the Summer Cabaret since its conception in 1974. Over these thirty years, the little theatre at 217 Park Street has generated hundreds of productions, ranging from world premieres to classics, from American musicals to Shakespearean tragedies. Some of the most talented artists in the world have created provocative and inspiring theatre in the intimate Cabaret space. The 2004 season will honor this legacy.
This year’s team will be led by Artistic Director Emmy Grinwis and Managing Director Arthur Nacht and will feature Alena Smith (Associate Artistic Director), Shira Beckerman (Associate Managing Director), Lee Savage (set and graphic design), Christine Mok (costume design), Bryan Keller (lighting design), Amber Papini (sound design), Anna Jones (director), Drew Farrow (Technical Director), and Shawn Senavinin (stage manager). The company of actors will include: Jacob Knoll, Mikelle Johnson, Stephen Moore, Jeff Withers, Alexis McGuinness, David Matranga, Richard Gallagher, Bridget Jones, and Erin Buckley. This season’s production associates will be: Alex Grennan, Amy Boratko, Michael Walkup, David Friedlander, and Alex Munns.
