The Yale Writers' Conference is an intensive ten-day program intended for committed writers at all levels of experience. Our faculty are celebrated authors who are also experienced and engaging teachers; our facilities are Yale's campus.
Through workshops, individual manuscript conferences, master classes, and readings, our students will explore their talents and develop their skills. In a day devoted to the business of writing, editors, agents, and independent presses will address the mechanics and realities of publishing.
Our students will live in one of Yale's Gothic residential colleges, where they will share breakfast and lunch with the faculty. They will have full access to the campus, including museums, libraries, and the gym.
