Here is my rayshade colletion of RB69 DNA polymerase (also known as gp43):

gp43 in sunrise. gp43 in a wineglass. DNA and gp43 in aineglass. gp43 in a wineglass.
And many other variations ( Rb69 replisome model , rb69.cell , C , and D ,).

Research Interest

To understand mechanisms of the information processing apparatuses, ie, from DNA to DNA, DNA to RNA, RNA to polypeptide, and polypeptide to folded, functional protein, and finally to its destruction, at atomic level by x-ray crystallography. Each apparatus or machinery comprises of many protein components and is assembled into a large size in a so called "molecular organelle", making its study very chanllenging and more interesting. My point is exactly: the larger the machinery size, the more interesting the structure. Who says the size does not matter!

Other Interest

I also enjoy figure skating, ballet dance, and photography.
Einstein was also thinking about figure skating, wasn't he?

Here are some of my photo albums from the 1995 New Haven Ballet's Nutcracker with guest star dancers from New York City Ballet (Reheasals: swan dive, uplift, shoulder lift, pirouette, prince and pricess, and pas de duex ). Can you find where I am?
