Conference Registration and Funding
Welcome to the registration for CUWPY 2010!
This year's registration process has changed from that of previous years. We ask that you fill out a registration form to apply for the conference. If you would like to apply for financial aid to help cover your conference costs, we ask that you to fill out an additional financial aid application. Please read the description of financial aid below.
Please note that all registrations and funding applications are due December 1st.
Financial Aid for Travel and Hotel Costs:
The conference will sponsor the cost of food and conference fees for the participants. Additional financial aid for travel and hotel costs may be available, but we request that you ask your home institutions for support before applying for aid. We provide below a summary of conference goals and costs that may be useful when asking for aid from your home department, Dean’s office, or other institution.
Should you decide to apply for aid from the conference, please fill out the online form at the link below. We will notify aid applicants of the status of their requests in December.
If you have applied to your department for aid and are still waiting to hear from them at our aid application deadline, please use the ‘Other notes’ section in the aid application to indicate that you have a request pending with your department.
