Never ones to do things halfway, the Spizzwinks led their musical charge straight into the heart of Old Man Winter's frosty fortress this past January by paying a visit to Chicago and Milwaukee. With the average high topping out at a balmy 29°F, the wintry Midwestern climate provided the group's members with ample opportunities to grow closer together (mostly for the purpose of staying warm). Despite this less-than-ideal weather, two Spizzwinks still call these Hoth-like places home, and a hometown for one Spizzwink is a hometown for all Spizzwinks. It turns out that the joy of being welcomed into your friend's family as though you're a part of it is more than worth bearing up under Mother Nature's scorn.
