Jam is by far the biggest on-campus concert of the year, and, consequently, it's probably the most important single day on the Spizzwink calendar. Each year, dozens of alumni converge on Yale's campus to meet the group's newest members, hear its newest arrangements, and catch up on old times. Even among numerous friends and family members, no one in the audience cheers louder than the alumni, whose enthusiasm is infectious (if occasionally overzealous).
