A few years ago, the Spizzwinks had the pleasure of being hosted by the Gitameit voices from the Gitameit Music School in Rangoon, Burma. This past year we had a chance to repay the favor! Thanks to some very kind donations and the hard work of a true logistical juggernaut, Spizzwink Nathaniel Granor, Gitameit's choir was able to travel over 8,000 miles to sing with us in New Haven, making the group the first Burmese choir to ever visit the United States.
