Access to Student Data
There are now two forms available for
requesting access to student information. The descriptions
of each form should help in determining which one to use.
Anyone accessing data must be familiar with FERPA and all
policies governing student data access. Click on the link

If you need access to
Banner for querying and/or updating applicant or student
data, you can request access via the standard Banner Request. |
| Faculty Student Advising
(FSA) Access Request Form |
If you are a DGS or proxy in a Graduate
School department, and you will only be using
the Faculty Student Advising system, you can request access
using this form. |
