WHAT
WE DO
Our Student Financial
Services (SFS) team provides student account and billing information
to undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty members.
SFS consists of
the Student Financial Services Center, the Cashiering Department,
Undergraduate Financial Aid, and the Student Employment Office
(SEO). Opened in June 2000, the Student Financial Services
Center provides consolidated financial information to students
and families at one location. Knowledgeable counselors are
available to answer questions regarding student accounts,
undergraduate financial aid, and student loans. The Center
is located on the first floor of 246 Church Street.
Adjacent to the
Student Financial Services Center, the Cashiering Department
accepts and processes payments to student accounts and also
refunds credit balances. The Student Employment Office, located
on the second floor of 246 Church Street, assists students
in obtaining term-time employment.
WHO
WE ARE
Directors and Assistant Directors have
expertise in a wide range of financial aid specialties, such
as outside scholarships, special students, summer school,
Pell grants, and Stafford loans. Assistant directors also
answer phone inquiries and meet with visitors. Cashiers process
payments and refunds and assist in the student account process.
The SFS Assistants provide support in the processing of all
financial aid documents and loans, staff the center reception
area, and assist with phone inquiries.
