Financial Aid Application

Complete the application, print, sign, and submit to Student Financial Services.

2008–2009 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Required only if necessary for acceptance to a degree or certificate-granting program. Read more about this here. Apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Signed copies of 2007 tax returns and W-2 form(s) for you, your parents, and your spouse.

Required only if necessary for acceptance to a degree or certificate-granting program. Read more about this here. Mail directly to Student Financial Services.

When submitting financial aid information directly to Yale, send it to Student Financial Services and not to the Office of Admissions. Be sure that your name (as the student applicant) and your Date of Birth are listed on the top of each document.
