| Signed copies of 2008 tax returns and W-2 form(s) for you, your parents, and your spouse. | Submit signed copies of tax forms directly to Student Financial Services. |
| Applicable Supplements | Access the International Business Supplement and International Noncustodial Parent Statement. Only for Eli Whitney students admitted in 2007–2008 and after. Print, sign, and send all supplements to Student Financial Services. |
| Financial Aid Supplement for Special Scholarship | Submit online. Only for Eli Whitney students admitted in 2007–2008 and after. |

When submitting financial aid information directly to Yale, send it to Student Financial Services and not to the Office of Admissions. Be sure that your name (as the student applicant) and your Date of Birth are listed on the top of each document.
