2013–2014 Eli Whitney Financial Aid Application	Fill in on line, print, sign, and submit to Student Financial Services. Students Admitted Prior to 2007–2008 click here for application. Students Admitted in 2007–2008 or After click here for application.
2013–2014 CSS Profile	Apply on line at www.collegeboard.com. Only for Eli Whitney students admitted in 2007–2008 and after.
Signed copies of 2012 tax returns and W-2 form(s) for you, your parents, and your spouse	Canadian residents should submit tax forms directly to Student Financial Services.
CSS Business/Farm Supplement (if required)	Submit the Business/Farm Supplement to Student Financial Services. Get the form here.
CSS Noncustodial Profile (if required)	Applicants will receive a College Board e-mail with instructions. Submit 2012 tax returns directly to Student Financial Services. Only for Eli Whitney students admitted in 2007–2008 and after.
Financial Aid Supplement for Special Scholarship	Submit on line. Required only for Eli Whitney students admitted in 2007–2008 and after.

When submitting financial aid information directly to Yale, send it to Student Financial Services and not to the Office of Admissions. Be sure that your name (as the student applicant) and your date of birth are listed on the top of each document.
