| CSS Noncustodial Profile (if required) |
Applicants will receive a College Board email with instructions. Submit 2008 tax returns directly to Student Financial Services. Only for Eli Whitney students admitted in 2007–2008 and after. |
| Financial Aid Supplement for Special Scholarship | Submit online. Required only for Eli Whitney students admitted in 2007–2008 and after. |

When submitting financial aid information directly to Yale, send it to Student Financial Services and not to the Office of Admissions. Be sure that your name (as the student applicant) and your Date of Birth are listed on the top of each document.
