is a charter service that is offered
to college administrators and student
group leaders who are planning
specific travel events for their
students throughout the academic year.
We service small and large student
groups and strive to tailor travel
accommodations to your specific needs.
ASA Transit managers are available to
answer questions and assist with your
travel plans.

Instructions- Download a
contract from the link below, fill in
your details and email, fax, or drop
off the form to the ASA office.
Contact information can be found at
the bottom of this site. A manager
will contact you and provide you with
an estimate within 2-3 business days.
Charter requests must be made prior to
two weeks before a scheduled event and
full payment must be received prior to
one week before the event. Transit
managers can be available to help with
boarding and will be on call
throughout the event should any
problems arise.

Purchasing Policies
NOTE:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree
to follow the rules and regulations
of ASA Transit, Peter Pan Bus Lines,
and all instructions from the driver
and ASA Transit staff.
All
purchases are non-refundable and
non-transferable. There is a limited
number of tickets available and they
are sold on a first-come, first serve
basis.
