Yale's online directory is searchable and contains the most up-to-date listings for faculty, staff, and students.
Yale's faculty and staff phone book, the Yale University Directory, is published annually on September 1 and contains information current as of July 1.
All persons listed in the Directory of Individuals in the book are entitled to one free copy. Yale employees can order additional copies online and charge them to departmental accounts by using a Yale order form. Non-employees can purchase the book by requesting an external order form from Jean Fappiano. The Directory is also sold at the Yale Visitor Center.
A campus-wide effort is conducted every spring to update the Yale University Directory. A step-by-step guide for persons responsible for submitting updates for their departments can be found at the Directory Updating Web Site.
