Associate Secretary
Patricia Doukas Zandy
Patricia Doukas Zandy was named Associate Secretary and Assistant to the President in December 2004 and Director of Corporation Affairs in October 2007. Her responsibilities include oversight of the Yale Corporation and the University Council. Pat has been with Yale since 1990 and, prior to joining the Office of the Secretary, served in a number of positions at the Office of Development, including Director of Major Gifts and Director of Principal Gifts. A lawyer by training, she worked in the counsels’ office of two enterprises in New York before joining Yale. Pat has been active in the community as a director on several nonprofit boards.
