Registration

We will accept registration forms via mail only. Please follow the link below to view and print out the Summer Term registration form (Adobe PDF format).  If you are unable to print the form, you may request that one be mailed to you by filling out the questionnaire on this page.

Please note that there are separate registration procedures for Summer Languages 2009 and the Berkeley Divinity School Leadership Development Seminars, as explained on the Summer Term classes page.
