Rudd Report on Menu Labeling in Chain Restaurants

This new Rudd Report presents information to assist policy makers and interested citizens in determining whether menu labeling is a viable alternative for their constituents and communities. It provides a stand-alone fact sheet, and gives an example of calorie information with a menu labeling policy, public opinion polling data, arguments for an against a policy, and a compilation of relevant scientific studies.

Online Course Addresses Weight Bias in Health Care

The Rudd Center has launched a new web-based Continuing Medical Education (CME) course to increase awareness of weight bias in health care settings and help clinicians to improve care for overweight and obese patients.

New Coding Tool Evaluates School Wellness Policies

Researchers from the Rudd Center, the University of Washington, the University of Minnesota, and the University of Pennsylvania have developed a coding tool to evaluate the comprehensiveness and strength of school wellness policies.
