Yale Second In The Nation! Yale finished second at the 2004 NCAA Women's Rowing Championship. East-coast teams once again proved their dominance in women rowing by taking the top 2 spots at the NCAA Championship in Sacramento California. Brown University finished first, Yale second, University of Michigan third. The Ivy league placed four teams in the top 10, joining Brown and Yale were Princeton(6th) and Radcliffe(10th). It was Yale's best finish ever at the NCAA's and came as a result of placing all three crews in the grand finals. The varsity eight earned the silver, the second varsity finished 5th and the third varsity four finished 4th. For all results click here.
