RIS Systems and Technology is responsible for providing high-level support for a range of RIS Technology Services. This includes planning and implementation, evaluation and recommendation of new software. Systems and Technology also provides estimation, testing and ongoing support for software enhancements, version upgrades, and support for new and existing hardware and software.

Systems and Technology provides a file transfer service that uses a web interface to transfer graphic and other files that may be too large to send as an email attachment. To access the file transfer system, go to www.yale.edu/ris/filetransfer and follow the instructions to set up an ftp account. Once your file transfer account is set up you can use the link above whenever you need to transfer files to and from RIS.
