Current
Research:
I am currently working on several different projects. I continue
to be interested in the origins of puranic Hinduism and early
Indian religions. I have also been studying Jain monastic
codes and medieval Indian law. In addition, I am beginning
what I hope will be a larger project on 19th century Assam.
