Dissertation

"The Composition and Proliferation of the Nitisastra of Masuraksa." Director: Professor Daniel H.H. Ingalls, Wales Professor of Sanskrit, Harvard University. This dissertation is an investigation of the role of niti proverbs in the larger context of the oral tradition in ancient India. The focus of this investigation is an eleventh century Tibetan manuscript.
