While completing my degree for Yale, I am currently living and researching in North Carolina, where I am a lecturer in Religious Studies at UNC-Greensboro. My dissertation, "At Home or Away: Travel and Death in 2 Corinthians 1-9," combines my interests in Paul, ethnicity, new social movements, and the rhetorical construction of universals. In my research and teaching, I explore the ideas, figures, and articulations through which people build social logics and communal identities.
