Shannon Craigo-Snell is assistant professor of religious studies at Yale University, where her courses include Political and Liberation Theologies, Current Debates in Christian Theology, and Christian Understandings of Evil. Her research describes theology as it is performed in the public sphere, in genres ranging from politics to popular culture. With the support of the Louisville Institute, she is co-writing a book that presents a dialogue between a professor and a pastor, aimed at engaging ministers in contemporary theology and fostering a theologically literate laity.
