Associated
Student Agencies
Welcome
to the exciting world of Yale University's Associated Student
Agencies! Student agencies are student businesses run by Yale
students for Yale students (though faculty and staff can also
take advantage of the tremendous offerings available.)
So
if you've ever thought about going into business for yourself
or you would like to join an already-established agency to
gain a new experience (or maybe make a few extra dollars),
you are invited to experience the ASA adventure.
The
original agency operation dates back to the early 1930s. We
need your support and involvement to maintain this unique
Yale tradition and experience. And if you can't find the time
to work for or with one of the agencies, please remember to
utilize our services.

FAQS
Q:
What is ASA?
A: ASA is a student-run, profit-making and entrepreneurial
undergraduate organization that provides products and services,
specifically, to the student body but not excluding faculty
and staff. ASA operations conform to the under- graduate academic
calendar.
Q: What are the products
and services that ASA offers?
A: Please refer to this site.
Q: Where is ASA located?
A: ASA is now located at 246 Church Street, in the same building
with other Student Services, such as the Registrar, Financial
Aid. We're on the lower level, just past the I.D. center
Q: Can students charge their purchases from ASA to their
bursar account?
A: Yes, students can charge their purchases to their student
charge account and, additionally, they can use cash, checks,
or a valid Visa/Master Card.
Q: Does ASA offer refunds on purchases?
A: Some items are refundable. Students will need to submit a
“refund request” form which is reviewed by a student manager who
will authorize a refund based on the terms of the sale and reason
for the refund. Some items are non-refundable and are clearly noted
at place of purchase or point of sale.
Q: How can a student learn more about getting involved
in working for or managing an Agency?
A: Call the ASA office at 432-1888, or stop by during normal
business hours and pick up some informational material.
