Major Worksheets
  
Students should fill out a psychology major worksheet before meeting with
    their advisors to have their schedule signed. Students in a specialized track
    within the major should fill out the worksheet that corresponds to their track.

Directed Research Tutorial Forms
In order to sign up for a Directed Reading (PSYC 490a/491b), Directed Research (PSYC 492a/493b), or Research Topics (PSYC 495) course, students must submit a completed tutorial form either to the DUS or psychology department registrar (lauretta.olivi@yale.edu) when they get their schedule signed. Note that Research Topics (495) courses count only for a half course credit.

Senior Requirement Forms
These forms are used by seniors to declare their degree and level of 
distinction in the major. They are due in May of the junior year and can be
found on the
Senior Requirements page.
