Major Worksheets
   Students should fill out a psychology major worksheet before meeting with
    their advisors to have their schedule signed. Students in a specialized track
    within the major should fill out the worksheet that corresponds to their track.

Tutorial Forms
   In order to sign up for a Directed Reading (PSYC 490a/491b), Directed
    Research (PSYC 492a/493b), or Research Topics (PSYC 495) course,
    students must submit a completed tutorial form either to the DUS or to
    their Psych Major advisor when they get their schedule signed. Note that
    Research Topics (495) courses count only for a half course credit.

DUS Petition Forms
   This form is used to petition the DUS for course credit for a course taken       
    outside the psychology department. When you are done filling out this
    form, it should be sent to the DUS via email.  If you have questions
    about course petitions, please contact the DUS via email.

Senior Requirement Forms
These forms are used by seniors to declare their degree and level of 
distinction in the major. They are due in May of the junior year and can be
found on the Senior Requirements page.
