XI.B   Governance

1. Board of Permanent Officers. The Board of Permanent Officers includes the Dean and all faculty at the rank of full professor holding appointments in the School. The Board participates in formulating educational policy and in recommending candidates for faculty appointments.

2. Appointments Committee . The Appointments Committee, consisting of the Dean and members of the Board of Permanent Officers appointed by the Dean, oversees and coordinates the reviews of all candidates for appointment, reappointment, or promotion at the School.
