iSupplier information

Yale University Procurement is pleased to announce the upcoming implementation of an internet procurement enhancement, the iSupplier Portal. The iSupplier Portal is a self-service tool that will allow suppliers to directly access their information during the “procure-to-pay” lifecycle. The iSupplier Portal will be accessed via a secured website and includes the following functionality: viewing purchase orders, viewing invoice status, and maintaining supplier master data such as contact information, addresses, and bank accounts.

  • The iSupplier implementation is scheduled to begin with 10 suppliers in September 2009 and will continue with additional suppliers through February 2010. After February 2010, not all suppliers will have access to iSupplier; access will be granted to suppliers with a high volume of transactions.
  • View a list of all suppliers active in the iSupplier Portal. It will be updated as additional suppliers are granted access.
