SciQuest Self-Paced Training

Welcome to Yale Procurement's online, self-paced course for "SciQuest", the University's electronic procurement solution! This online course is designed for faculty, staff and researchers who order (Requesters) and/or approve (Approvers) the institutional purchases of goods and services.

How to Use this Course

SciQuest Requesters and Approvers may use this course in a variety of ways and visit the training as many times as desired. This online course provides an alternative to classroom training or may be used to augment classroom or auditorium-style training. We recommend viewing the Fast Track modules first and then returning to view detailed modules under the Course Guide as needed. To provide you with a just-in-time training tutorial on a particular task, these modules will also be accessible via the Help documentation while actively placing an order in the SciQuest application.
