Web Invoice Payments (WIP)

Web Invoice Payments (WIP) is a quick and easy web-based application that allows an authorized departmental user to enter "OK-to-Pay" invoices into the system right from his/her desktop and authorize their payment. Approved invoices are imported into the Accounts Payable system daily, resulting in a check issued and mailed to the vendor based on payment terms.

• Allows split charging (up to ten allocations per invoice) which accommodates proper charging on initial transaction entry
• Increased control in your business office in paying vendors
• Validation of PTAEO and vendor information
• Eliminates the routing of invoices to Accounts Payable which results in faster payments to Vendors
  

WIP can be used to process approved commodity invoice transactions that are less than or equal to $5,000.  See the WIP topic page on the Policies & Procedures web site for guidance regarding this distributed invoice processing program.

Training for WIP
Training is required to help you to fully understand the scope of what may and may not be processed through WIP. In addition, like similar Procurement web tools, training will ensure your ability to access the application in order to begin processing.

To register for training, use the X-Train web site.
Once you have attended training, you will receive your access to Web Invoice Payments which will appear on the main menu in Procurement Web Tools.
