Invoice Payments (WIP)
Web Invoice Payments (WIP) is a quick
and easy web-based application that allows an authorized
departmental user to enter "OK-to-Pay"
invoices into the system right from his/her desktop
and authorize their payment. Approved invoices are imported
into the Accounts Payable system daily, resulting in
a check issued and mailed to the vendor based on payment

office in paying vendors

"Fantastic. It saves me time because
I don't have to trouble shoot problems with AP. So,
it eliminates redoing work and tracking down information.

gives me more control and increases accuracy. It's
the best thing that has happened in a long time."
