What if I need a refund?

If you were charged for a page that did not print or for a defective page, please visit the RIS Print Account Management page and request a refund. Note: RIS will not issue refunds for anything deemed to be a user error.

If you are leaving Yale permanently, you may request a refund of any remaining money in your print account. Go to one of the clusters or an authorized RIS cashier. You'll need to provide the reason for a refund and your permanent address. RIS will process your refund.
