How do I print or copy?
Print to an HP, Ricoh printer or Canon multi-function device from a Windows or Macintosh computer in the cluster as you normally would by selecting the desired printer from the File/Print Menu. After sending the print job from your computer go to the Print Station located next to the device. Logon the print station with your NetID/PrintID and password. Select Print. You will now see all the jobs in the print queue and the funds available in your account. The print queue displays your user name, the name of the job, the number of pages, and how much it will cost to print it. Select the job you want to print and then click on "PRINT".
To copy, logon to the Print Station with your NetID/PrintID and password. Select Copy. To activate the copier, click the "Start Copying" button on the screen. The Pharos UnipriNT system will display the number of seconds until the copier is activated (this time will vary according to the physical distance between the Pharos station and the device). When the copier has activated you may begin copying.
For your protection, when you are finished using the print station click on "EXIT" to logout. Otherwise, you will automatically be logged out after 30 seconds of idle time.
