Center for International Nursing Scholarship and Education
The Center for International Nursing Scholarship and Education, formed in 2006, seeks to be the focal point for YSN’s international health activities. The center promotes excellence in all aspects of the School’s global work, with an emphasis on collaborative scholarship and sustainable clinical experiences for students and faculty. It provides mentorship and financial support for a diverse array of faculty and student projects to promote leadership and clinical skills in global health programs. Nursing scholarship incorporates research into health care practices, nursing policy, and leadership in the global community. The educational aims of the center include opportunities to explore and deliver health care in a variety of settings and to enhance and expand nursing leadership with YSN’s global partners.
