A regular employee, full-time or part-time, whose schedule, because of operational needs, must be reduced but not to less than 20 hours, will receive written notice of the change at least 90 calendar days prior to the effective date of the reduction.
Reduction of a regular full-time or part-time employee's hours to less than 20 hours entitles the employee to layoff privileges.
