Paul Bracken

Paul Bracken, Ph.D., Yale University, 1982, is Professor of Management and Political Science. His research concerns international relations, national security, and the multinational corporation. He is currently teaching Seminar on Grand Strategy. Recent publications include Fire in the East, The Rise of Asian Military Power and the Second Nuclear Age, 1999; The Command and Control of Nuclear Forces; Reforming European Security, and “The Second Nuclear Age,” Foreign Affairs, 2000.
