Michael Fotos

Michael A. Fotos ?78, MPA, Harvard University, 1990, Ph.D., Indiana University, 2000, is a Lecturer in Political Science. Dr. Fotos has held senior state government posts overseeing natural resource and economic development agencies. He has also managed land protection programs for a major NGO and remains active in state-level land conservation and energy policy affairs. Since 2000, Dr. Fotos has served as visiting faculty in the graduate public policy program at Trinity College, Hartford, CT. He recently collaborated with Bradford Gentry, Shimon Anisfeld, and Quint Newcomer on Emerging Markets for Ecosystem Services: A Case Study of the Panama Canal Watershed.
