Kevin Schwartz is a Lecturer
in the Political Science Department. He received his
J.D. from Yale Law School, D.Phil. and M.B.A. from Oxford
University, and A.B. from Harvard College. He also serves
as Law Clerk to Judge Guido Calabresi on the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Second Circuit. His research interests
include legal institutions, social movements, and comparative
