Yale University Health Services Open House 11:30 A.M.–1 P.M. An opportunity for parents to learn about health services available to Yale students. Tours of the Yale University Health Services building will be available. Refreshments will be served. YUHS, Room 445, 17 Hillhouse Avenue.
Lunch 11:30 A.M.–1:30 P.M. Lunch in the residential colleges. Commons Dining Room welcomes the Jonathan Edwards College community. The Davenport College Dining Hall will be closed for lunch; the Davenport College community is invited to enjoy lunch in any of the other residential colleges.
Special Tours and Gallery Events 12:30 P.M. "The Age of Reptiles Mural as a Work of Art." Lecture by Vincent J. Scully, Sterling Professor Emeritus of the History of Art. Professor Lalli will give an introduction to an exciting new venture sponsored by the Mellon Foundation. Live performances of excerpts from an upcoming production. Student Panel Discussion 3:15–4:15 P.M. "Religious and Spiritual Life at Yale," sponsored by the Chaplain's Office and Yale Religious Ministry. Students from various religious traditions will share stories about their religious and spiritual journeys at Yale. There will be an opportunity for parents to ask questions. Panel Discussion 4:30–6 P.M. "Yale College Life," moderated by Marichal Gentry, Associate Dean of Yale College and Dean of Student Affairs. Panelists to be announced. There will be an opportunity for parents to ask questions. Sudler Hall (William L. Harkness Hall, Room 201).
Concert 5–6 P.M. Yale University Guild of Carillonneurs. Performance of Yale songs, American classics, and popular music on the 54-bell carillon of Harkness Tower. Listening space in the courtyards of Branford and Saybrook Colleges and on Old Campus. For more information, e-mail carillon@yale.edu.
Pizza at the
Yale Farm

Dinner 5–7 P.M. Dinner in the residential colleges. The Jonathan Edwards College community is invited to enjoy dinner in any of the residential colleges. Ezra Stiles dining hall will be open from 4:30 to 7 P.M.
Dinner and Panel Discussion 6–7:30 P.M. The director, alumni, faculty, and students of the Afro-American Cultural Center will discuss Black Life at Yale, academic/educational resources, and cultural programs provided by the Center.
