Bibliographic citations and abstracts can be found from 1980 to the present and are updated weekly. INSPEC is accessible through the libraries' guided system.
The first-mentioned URL site also provides a connection path to MathSciNet, the premier literature database for pure and applied mathematics. MathSciNet offers astounding features with its coverage since 1940 and its partial daily updates.
