The Social Science Data Archive has recently received the following new datafiles: CBS/New York Times Monthly Polls, 1988-1992. SSDA has polls for other time periods from CBS/New York Times and the other major US public opinion polling organizations.
Historical Supplement to the Demographic Yearbook, 1948-1978. This provides in machine readable form the same information published in the printed supplement to the United Nations Demographic Yearbook.
American National Election Studies Cumulative Data File, 1952-1992. Results of common questions asked in each of the Studies.
Eurobarometers are opinion surveys conducted in the European Community and contain information on attitudes toward the European Community and topics of interest within the EC. SSDA has recently received surveys which focus on Health Problems (no. 34.1), Regional Identity and Perceptions of the Third World (no. 36), and European Community Policies and Family Life (no. 39.0).
