ISD Department Help Guide

Ellucian International Scholar Dossier (ISD) is the data-sharing system Yale uses to initiate a new request for visa sponsorship when departments are appointing international visitors to academic positions. The host department and the international scholar will use ISD to submit the appointment data and specific biographical information needed by the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) to produce the document required for the U.S. visa appplication.

Department administrators need to be registered by the OISS and given permission to access ISD. Contact the OISS if you need to register with ISD.
