Appointment Titles

The following appointment titles require approval prior to completing Ellucian International Scholar Dossier (ISD). OISS cannot complete sponsorship requests until evidence of the approval is attached to the ISD record.

Titles that require approval from the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs:

post graduate associate (central campus)
post graduate fellow (central campus)
post graduate associate (YSM)
post graduate fellow (YSM)
visiting fellow
laboratory associate

Titles that require special documents and approval:

visiting student in research (VSR)
