Changing Your Password

After you are registered to use ISD by the OISS, you will get an e-mail with the ISD Web address, your User Name, and your temporary password. After logging in for the first time you should change your password and set up your security question and answer.

After logging in, click on the my account link in the top, right-hand corner of ISD:

Verify your information, including your e-mail address.

Create a security question and provide an answer.

Type in your old password (the one sent to you by OISS) and create a new password that will be easy for you to remember.

Be sure to click save.

You can click on the my account link at any point you are in ISD and manage your personal information.


Logging Out of ISD

You can log out of ISD at any point by clicking on the logout link in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your ISD password, you can click on the link that reads:

*Click here if you forgot your password

on the ISD login screen.

If you enter the wrong password more than three times, ISD will lock you out and an OISS administrator will need to unlock your account.
