Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Course

Training course in oil spill prevention, control and response. Required training for all oil-handling personnel (55 gallon quantity or greater). Initial and annual refresher required. Utility Plant Operators may access the online web-based training program by clicking here. All other oil handling employees should access the training through this link.
