Decommissioning and Disposal of Materials, Equipment or Instruments

All chemicals and biological material must be disposed of appropriately.

Any equipment or instruments to be disposed of must be emptied completely and decontaminated by the users.

Attach a Biological Safety Notice to the item once decontaminated.  If there is a biohazard warning label attached to the item remove the label once the item is decontaminated.
