Starting after winter break, there are approximately 5-6 weekends of racing. Races are held in Vermont, New York, New Hampshire and Connecticut and usually involve an overnight and racing on both Saturday and Sunday. The races are held at cross country ski areas with groomed trails and a chance to rent equipment. Our competitors are Cornell, Syracuse, West Point, Clarkson, Alfred and MIT. Regionals and Nationals are in March. Racing on the team is not mandatory, and people can go just to take a lesson or ski around for fun. Transportation is via members' cars or rental vehicles.
