| Welcome to our site. The Yale Nordic Ski Team races in Division III against Cornell, Clarkson, West Point, Alfred, MIT and Syracuse (see links). Our members range in athletic ability from varsity athletes to occasional joggers. Training is as serious or informal as you like. There are voluntary practices several times a week, and we meet for dinner once a week in a residential college. The last week of winter break (1st week of January) about 25 of us go to ski camp somewhere up north, either Craftsbury, VT or Quebec, Canada. Check out some photos to get an idea of what racing and ski camp are like, what we do for fun or just to get an idea of what nordic skiing looks like. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to ski with the team. |
