Testimonials
Here we will be posting testimonials, your experiences and the experiences of your fellow Yalies. We find that personal narratives can be a powerful way of shedding light on the prevalance and potency of mental health issues, right here at Yale. If you have a personal experience or story involving some aspect of mental health that you would like to share, click the link below to submit your testimonial.
Please note that your submissions will not be automatically posted to the website. In order to protect the privacy of individuals mentioned in the testimonials, submissions will be screened by a Mind Matters member before they are posted to the website, and any personal identifiers will be changed. To help us in this process, we ask that you not include information that could be used to identify individuals in the testimonials, such as names or specific places. If you are submitting a testimonial, you may choose to include your own name or to remain anonymous.
Also note that Mind Matters has no way to verify the accuracy of the testimonials submitted and does not attempt to do so. Opinions expressed in the testimonials are not necessarily those of Mind Matters. We hope this archive of experiences will be a valuable resource for the Yale community.
